1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Seedful Soul (the "Website") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate information regarding our 7-seed laddoos. Prices are subject to change based on the market cost of premium ingredients (seeds, nuts, and natural sweeteners). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We serve PAN India delivery.

• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours to ensure freshness.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on batch production and local traffic conditions.
• Incorrect addresses provided by the user may result in delivery delays or cancellations.

4. Payments & Verification

We currently accept payments via UPI. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

• Refunds are only issued if order is cancelled within 12 hrs or the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item is delivered.
• To claim a refund, a photo of the damaged package must be shared via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Seedful Soul is not liable for any allergic reactions. Ingredients are clearly listed on the product page. Please review them carefully if you have food sensitivities.
